Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Terms & Conditions

This Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is entered into between [Your Company Name] ("Company") and the undersigned party ("Model"). By agreeing to the terms outlined below, the Model acknowledges and agrees to maintain confidentiality and adhere to the stated conditions.

1. Work Environment:

Models must arrange a professional green screen setup with appropriate lighting to ensure high-quality video production.

2. Video Quality:

All submitted videos must be clear, well-lit, and free from background noise or other distractions.

3. Video Usage:

The submitted videos may be used by the Company for promotional and social media campaigns, subject to the agreed consideration.

4. Compensation:

Compensation details will be discussed and agreed upon separately.

5. Optional Model Channel Feature:

If the Model chooses, videos can be featured on the Company’s modeling channel. Payment may be provided based on commission from projects arising from such exposure.

6. Usage Rights:

The Company reserves the right to use the submitted videos for social media marketing and promotional activities.

7. Model Representation:

The Company may share submitted videos with reputable modeling agencies. If the Model is selected for a project through this referral, a commission will apply.

8. Commission Agreement:

The Company is entitled to a commission if the Model is selected for a project through its referral services.

9. Confidentiality:

The Model agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all project-related details and discussions.

10. Content Ownership:

All content created for the Company’s projects becomes the intellectual property of the Company.

11. Irrevocable Permission:

By submitting videos, the Model grants the Company irrevocable permission to use them without time restrictions, with or without financial compensation.

12. Discontinuation Requests:

If a Model requests the removal of a video from social media, a penalty may apply, capped at 20 times the paid amount or 200 SGD if unpaid.

13. Editing and Modification: The Company reserves the right to:
  • Resize, superimpose, or merge videos with other content.
  • Change backgrounds, including green screens.
  • Add audio or other enhancements.
  • Publish videos on social media platforms or other electronic media.
14. Prohibited content:Submitted content must not include:
  • Religious or political symbols, deities, or affiliations.
  • Adult, violent, or harmful depictions.
  • Disfiguring or misleading portrayals.
  • Facial advertisements (partial body usage is permitted).
15. Termination Rights:

The Company reserves the right to remove content within 15 days if necessary.

16. Ownership and Representation:

Permissions granted by the Model extend to their heirs and legal representatives.

To proceed, the Model must respond with the following:

  1. A recent portfolio or sample video.
  2. A valid ID for verification purposes.
  3. Confirmation of availability and compliance with the green screen setup requirement.
  4. Explicit acceptance of these terms and conditions.

  • Follow simple instructions provided for each video
  • Maintain decent attire appropriate for social media content
  • Shoot videos in portrait mode
  • Adhere to deadlines
  • Get paid for every short video
  • If a brand selects you, we manage the project and take a small commission (or as agreed)
  • Voiceovers may occasionally be required for some videos (one-liners)
